The staff at Mimis is the BEST staff I ever dealt with through my many years of tanning. They are NOT only HELPFUL but very knowledgeable asking all the right questions to find the products for their customer. NOT just going for the SALE but the sale that is for that customer!!! By the way I WORK at a place I can tan for free (nothing wrong with the beds) I just REALLY LOVE THE STAFF AT MIMIS!!! THANKYOU!!!!

I was a customer of Time 2 Tan until they closed last year. I will be honest and tell you I have tried all of the tanning salons close to me. In my opinion they all tan fine, but the atmosphere and personalized service I received from Mimi's was so far above the customer service I received else where. The ladies here at Mimi's took the time to ask me questions that I have never been asked from any other tanning salons (in Knightdale and elsewhere). I know I have found my tanning home and just felt like I needed to share my feelings.
